Will my front door be open?If your in a residential home, yes! your front door may be slightly cracked open in order for the hoses to get inside the home, if this is a deal breaker dont worry we also have portable units that we may use if requested!

A spot came back on my carpet what do i do?This typically happens because there is a stain that is so deep into the carpet it reached the padding, and when we use our steam cleaning process it saturates the padding slightly leading to "browning" or stains coming back once were finished. But dont worry! we will come back and take care of it at no charge!

How long does it take for tile and grout to dry?Typically within 1 hour after we leave.
